Sunday was an all-around big day. The Giants and Joe Judge got their first win of the season, Daniel Jones threw his first touchdown pass since week one, and the offensive line contained Chase Young.
In the NFL, wins are hard to come by. So, when you get them, enjoy them, but get ready for your next game too. The way the Giants won on Sunday wasn't pretty, but hey, who says it has to be?
The Giants MVP on Sunday?
Tae Crowder; the last pick of the 2020 NFL Draft, who was given the nickname, like all of the last picks in the draft, Mr. Irrelevant.
After the Giants blew a ten-point lead, Tae Crowder, the last pick in the NFL Draft, scooped up a fumble caused by Kyler Fackrell and ran it into the Giants endzone for a score that put the Giants up 20-13.
Crowder finished the day against Washington with ten total tackles and one 43 yard fumble recovery touchdown. It's safe to say that the Giants don't value Crowder as an irrelevant pick and believe in his skill set. He's getting more playing time each week and is capitalizing on his opportunities.
